When adding a new graphic card the computer stuck when i see the hp logo.

I've now updated my grapic card to a ASUS STRIX-GTX970-DC2OC-4GD5 (new one)
When i put the grapic card in the system won't start i get a blue screen with the hp logo, and could not get into the boot menu or anything.
Anyone has a solution for me, i'm desperate now.

And the old "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550Ti " only uses 116W, it needs only 400W PSU minimum:

Only for the card itself, you have to run OTHER COMPONENTS of your computer. Just make a calculation:
Your machine has 460W to run a 116W video card, now you uses 225W video card or 225W - 116W = 109W more, you need 460W + 109W or 570W PSU.
