Warranty on screen replacement?

Hi there
I recently took my rMBP into the Apple Store and had the screen replaced because I had dead pixels all over it. This was all fine as it was under the 1 year warranty (I didn't get the extended Apple Care warranty). Now, 2-3ish months later, I'm outside of the one year warranty but the new screen is also starting to show dead pixels. Will this new screen be covered seeing as it was recently replaced and is already screwing up or will I have to pay for it to be replaced?
