Nothing is working; cannot access account pd for Export, can't access download assistant for a trial

I paid on line for Adobe Export so to download the program and be able to convert Adobe docs, but could not access the account once paid and rec'd an email acknowledgement. Kept going around in circles, got on line chat but they could not help, told to contact Tech support M-F; Then tried to download a trial and could not get download assistant to respond.  WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE? This sucks, and very sorry to have to express this.
