New I pod not syncing

Update:11-30Source: network consolidation
I bought an used I pod to replace broke one.
the used one will sync for about 1 sec. then says ok. nothing transferred. help.
is it a setting ?

It sounds like your iPod Classic is not syncing correctly with your iTunes library. I would use the troubleshooting from the iPod Classic troubleshooting assistant found here:

This should get your device syncing correctly.
