Cards app issue - Did not print correctly

I sent a card to my friend recently with a photo on the first page. When he received the card, inside the frame where the photo should have been was left blank.
I cannot find contact information for this app. I called Apple tech support and they claimed the app was developed by a 3rd party and I should look in the help menus inside the app for contact information. No such information exists in the app and I can't find any other contact information through support.
All I want is for them to send the card correctly. I can view it in my app fine.

This is EXACTLY what happened to me. Same card as well. The card arrived but there was no picture on the front. I can't find anywhere to report the problem and now am concerned I can't use this service again. Anyone know who to contact?
